How long does road freight from Turkey to the UK take?
Our standard road freight service operates on regular trailer schedules. For time-critical shipments, our Speedy Van express service delivers between the UK and Turkey in approximately 72 hours. Turkey ↔ Balkans takes 24 hours, and Turkey ↔ mid-Europe takes 48 hours.
Do you handle customs clearance for UK ↔ Turkey shipments?
Yes. We operate a 24/7 customs clearance facility at Dover plus full clearance capability at every other UK port. Our team operates under AEO procedures and is fully compliant with the Customs Declaration Service (CDS).
Where are your offices located?
Our UK Head Office is in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, with a Northern Ireland branch in Belfast (with two locations). In Turkey, we operate from Istanbul (Büyükçekmece), Bursa (Nilüfer) and Izmir (Karşıyaka).
Do you offer groupage and part-load services?
Yes — we offer groupage (consolidated cargo), part-load and full-load services on regular trailer operations between the UK, Ireland, Benelux and Turkey. This makes us cost-effective for shippers of any cargo size.
Can you handle factory relocations and abnormal loads?
Yes. Our Project Shipments service covers factory movements, heavy and abnormal loads, complete customs documentation, dismantling and reassembly, abnormal load permits and route surveys — end-to-end.
Do you handle sea and air freight as well as road?
Yes. We are a multi-modal freight forwarder. Road freight is the majority of our work on the UK–Turkey corridor, but we also offer competitive air freight (cost-effective for time-sensitive cargo) and sea freight (most cost-effective for high-volume cargo with longer transit times).
Are you AEO authorised?
Yes. Our customs operations run under AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) procedures, recognised by HMRC. This means faster clearance, fewer physical examinations and preferential treatment at borders for your cargo.
Do you provide warehousing in the UK?
Yes. We arrange collection and distribution to and from our strategically situated bonded and standard warehouses, with short and long-term storage options, full inventory management and onward UK / Europe distribution.
